Talk:Deflate

Deflate does not reduce mp by a random amount. It is believed it reduces based on max mp %, but it is not precise on what it is. While I am sure the RNG is involved at least somewhat, considering it a "random" amount may give mixed signals. Suggesting to keep it simple as "Reduces MP of target" but wish to get opinions, possibly research.

For instance, my merchant will kill off almost all the mp from normal monsters, but in PVP and boss battles, it seems to reduce steadily by a certain amount. -TalZahn 14:02, 22 March 2011 (CDT)
