 Effect: Creates a one-time magical shield around the caster that lasts for the current round. Has priority before most other attacks, allowing it to be active before the caster is attacked. If the caster is hit by an ability or attack while VoltCross is active, the shield explodes and deals heavy damage to the attacker. This damage does not occur if the caster is incapacitated in the process of being hit (stunned by JumpKick, put to sleep by the hit proc on a Ninja's glove, etc).
