Specters are semi-rare encounters in the Black Sanctum's Pools of Warding and inner Keep; there are seven specters to be found, each of which is located in a different section of the Sanctum. In turn there are seven quests connected to the specters, collectively referred to as the Ghost Hunt.
Specters are slightly stronger than normal Sanctum enemies and can be recruited by any player whose Black Sanctum reputation is rank 1 (Exalted).
