Skull and Bones is the final quest in The Warrior's Crypt. In order to complete it you must retrieve Graham's Skull from a coffin at the end of the dungeon. The Crypt Knight is guarding it, which will usually require a group to defeat if fought not long after gaining access to the Crypt.
