Given to the player by Gar as part of the So I heard you like Slimes? quest. After it is used on a Red Slime in battle and the battle is won, the Red Slime is all but guaranteed to join. The charm can be used multiple times before handing in the quest, allowing for quick and easy recruitment of Red Slimes.
