Effect:	The user summons either a Wolf or (rarely) a White Wolf at full health. Howl is currently the only way to encounter a White Wolf in battle. Howl can not be used if more than twelve wolves had existed in the battle at the start of a new round, regardless of the number of white wolves that had existed.
