Effect: An attack used by Occularis at the start of each round when it does not have an eye pulled on the field. Hard Stare's damage is not influenced by defense of any kind, allowing it to deal roughly the same amount of damage whether the target is a physically frail yet magically durable conjurer or a physically sturdy yet magically vulnerable soldier.
