Type:	Healing - Buff / Field
Effect:	Places a major healing buff effect on a target party member that lasts for 3 rounds. Will replace any other healing over time spell on target. When used out of combat it will heal the target every time they take a step and ends when they've taken 14 steps, or get in to a fight, whichever comes first.
