Weasley: “You want me to let you by? Well then, I need proof that you're not working with the city guards. Here, take my personal List of Insults and recite a few of the lines to the Balzackian Guards around town. Oh, and bring that list back when you're done. It took me years to come up with all of those insults!”

Directions

1. Obtain the quest from Weasley in Balzackia.
2. Walk in front of guards and use the List of Insults to pick fights with them. (Is it recommended to put the list on a hotkey.)
3. Defeat 3 Balzackian Guards.
4. Return to Weasley.
