Lumino6: uploaded a new version of "File:WorldMap.png": Accidently put a black dot over the Western Continent (which had no sense) Also fixed some of the water around Artic

I will update this as much as I possibly can, but I am only level 22 at the moment so some regions I haven't even been to.
